Y for Yes

When I first came to italy i couldn't understand a word of what people were saying. So I made a choice- it was either yes or no. Both could lead to tricky/unwanted/stupid situations but on balance "yes" felt like the more exciting option.

Are you stupid? yes
Do you want to come dancing? Do you like pigs eyes? Yes

lots of stuff nowadays is about the power of "no"- and "no" definitely has it's place but "yes" in creativity is a life affirming "yes". Its a "yes" to ideas, its a "yes" to self expression, it's a "yes" to simply turning up. So yes, yes yes!
