I’ve noticed that in this modern life we have all become obsessed with doing, action and results. These are all important things but aren’t perception, observation and reflection far more valuable? They are not quantifiable but lead to a far richer inner life and as a result action and doing become natural consequences rather than a million stressful to do lists.
